Amethyst Partners is an established human capital consultancy in the Asia Pacific region. Due to business growth, we are looking for passionate individuals to join our team in Malaysia. Trainings and career progression opportunities will be provided to groom our team to be a specialist in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• To undertake executive research and candidate management activities.
• Approach suitable candidates and screened against agreed competencies and criteria for each project, conducting background checks and keeping track of their career goals & progress.
• Assist in coordination of activities such as interview arrangements and other events.
• Maintain database and other ad-hoc assignments.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor / Master Degree in any field
• 1 - 3 year of working/internship experience
• Good communication skills in English (Verbal & Written)
• Additional languages (Chinese Mandarin / Cantonese) is a plus
• A team-player who values growth and progression
• Candidates from other industries but keen for recruitment career are welcome
• Fresh grads with positive learning attitude are welcome
